Title: Timesheet Processor

Responsibilities: Contractor Crew
Time Sheet Entry -Weekly input of all tree crew time sheets (approximately 150
per week); Time sheet review and code correction; Labor and equipment codes and
hours; Add / edit / verify work order numbers; Resolve discrepancies with
contractors (field and office); Check and match to verification reports. Police
Traffic Control Time Sheet Entry - Input weekly police estimate time sheets
(approximately 30-50 per week); Receive police invoices and match to estimate;
Process and edit in MIMS or via AFP system. COLT Payment of Time Sheets -
Weekly process to create electric invoice; Enter accounting information;
Prepare for Supervisor approval. Contractor Electronic Invoicing - Run reports
to generate invoice numbers; Match time sheet/invoice to contractor generated
invoice spreadsheet; Resolve any discrepancies. Crew Location Reporting - Daily
update of crew locations received from contractors; Ensuring information is
complete and accurate; Send location report to internal and external business
partners; Monitor and update location change hot line. Permission Specialist
Support - Collect and check for accuracy permission exception slips; Enter
exceptions in Permission database (approximately 30 per week); Process and send
customer follow-up letters (approximately 20 per year). Storm Records - Compile
and organize storm reimbursement time sheets.
Skills:
VERY DETAIL ORIENTED, Organized, Strong focus on QUALITY, EXCELLENT ALPHA AND
NUMERIC Data Entry experience; INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED Microsoft SUITE
experience. MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
