Associate Analyst
Associate AnalystThe Associate Analyst provides analytical support for a specific business area.
Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word is required.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience is required.
Experience:
Zero to 2 years? experience is required in a related work area.
Entry level role.
Responsibilities:
Schedule for OQ (operater quatlification) center.
Fields emails and calls, requests to schedule people for training.
Sending out invites to individuals and supervisors.
Scheduling into classes.
Tracking day to day stuff - who showed up, who didn t show up, who has to be rescheduled.
Expecation reports daily - who is planning to come in the next day for testing/training.
Excel use, outlook calendar, interpersonal skills.
Very Administrative based.
In the gas world - federal code - operator qualifiications - they have to pass computer based testing and performance based testing - showing evaluater that they can fuse things together.
Etc.
mostly for field workers.
Must haves:
Great computer skills Administrative skills.
