We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our rapidly expanding team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email Provide information about HVAC services offered by our company Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are being met and resolving any issues that arise Recording customer information and details of service requests in our scheduling software Coordinating and managing workloads to ensure proper scheduling and completion of service Recognizing an emergency service request and responding in a timely and efficient manner Other duties as needed Requirements:
Prior experience or knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus but not required High school diploma or equivalent education Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Excellent listening, customer service, and phone skills Proficient computer skills Professional attitude and attire
