Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Bus Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of students during their bus rides.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent communication and conflict management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus safely - Ensure students are seated properly and wearing seat belts - Maintain order and discipline on the bus - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff - Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary - Collaborate with the bus driver to address any issues that arise during the route
Experience:
- Ability to educate and manage student behavior effectively - Knowledge of conflict management techniques - Familiarity with special education needs is a plus This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' daily transportation experience.
