Job requirement: Looking for an IT Business Solutions Analyst. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or the equivalent technical training with a minimum of 5 years related experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of IT development and support processes; initiative; analytical reasoning; customer focus; and exceptional oral/written communications skills. Candidate must show strong software development lifecycle experience in requirements gathering and testing. Experience with Customer service applications such as Customer Information, CRM, Credit and Collections, Energy Efficiency and Metering Systems is preferred. POSITION DESCRIPTION: We seek a talented IT Business Solutions Analyst to participate as a liaison with business users and management, user groups, and IT Business Applications Systems Developers to evaluate and facilitate IT application and business process changes. Possible assignments include some or all of the following: (1) Facilitates meetings and communications between IT and the business. (2) Participates (or leads) workflow analysis in support of requirements identification. (3) Captures, analyzes and documents business and user requirements. (4) Identifies opportunities to improve current processes and to act as a champion to change within the organization. (5) Assists in the preparation of the testing strategy and the execution of the test plan. (6) Presents new and existing system applications capabilities to users and ?Key Decision Makers?. (7) Acts as a project coordinator for certain business / IT initiatives.Candidates w/ 5
yrs Experience. If Candidate selected for Interview, Mgr requires candidates to provide some samples of their BSA deliverables such as a Business requirements documents, use cases, test plans, etc. when they come in for Scheduled Interview. Order is Scheduled for 6 months to start, could go longer! Could be Occasional travel for meetings to MA and NH
