Project Manager

The selected candidate will work as a member of the Information Technology (IT) Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for overseeing the execution of the Human Resources, Payroll and Time and Attendance Business Process and System Integration.
Project Specific Role: Project Manager to deliver a new enterprise Human Resource systems as a result of company merger. The project includes core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance systems. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of the enterprise solution delivery, including the business process definition, technical implementation, data conversion, testing management and an extensive change management program for the Time and Attendance implementation.
The Project Manager will be overseeing multiple track leads of business and technical resources as well as consultants and product vendors contracted with to deliver a solution. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with the sponsors to build and deliver project status updates to multiple levels of management including senior executives. General Responsibilities include: initiating and chartering projects; managing scope, changes and ensuring product quality; managing all aspects of project execution including creating and tracking to cost, schedule and scope baselines; developing and managing to run rates; managing risks and issues; providing clear and accurate weekly and monthly project reporting and forecasting; delivering projects to production using readiness assessment, sign-off and project close-out techniques; and acting as a champion to foster a positive project work environment, identify and resolve project related problems, and successfully lead the team to accomplish all the project objectives in the allotted time and budget constraints. Candidate MUST HAVE previous experience with HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance System implementations, including working with System Integrators and product vendors. The successful candidate will be fully knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the project management Body of Knowledge. The candidate must have demonstrated experience successfully managing large ERP project with multiple tracks and be able to cite practical examples of this including example deliverables. Candidate must have experience with the project scheduling tools, either Primavera or MSProject. The successful candidate must be a high energy, detail oriented individual who will demonstrate: high caliber communication, leadership and people skills; strong organizational skills; and the ability to successfully initiate, track, report and close projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, including stakeholders, sponsors, team leads, vendors, other project managers, and technical staff; a strong process orientation including producing high quality documentation artifacts; and a sound working understanding of IT concepts and the IT design & delivery life cycle. The successful candidate also will demonstrate the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization from administrative and technical staff to executive Steering Committees, and also the ability to plan and execute Organizational Change Management to ensure that the technical solution delivered is fully accepted and used, and provides solid business value. Experience working with strategic HR consulting partners is a plus. Experience with a merger is a plus. HR/Payroll/Time SaaS implementations considered a plus. Experience working at senior levels of management. Experience delivering a project with a large change component a plus. Project: Human Resource System Consolidation. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
