A Manager (MOD) at Kitchen Gadgets and Beyond will able to open and closed Store, as well as, assume all responsibilities for store operations, including sales volume, outstanding customer service and inventory accuracy when Managers are not present.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
1. Assist customer and increase sales by providing exceptional customer service in the Store, consistent with division standards.
2. Serve as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority.
3. Reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on their successes and challenges.
4. Utilize the company guidelines and training resources to educate team on product, improve selling skills and achieve business goals.
5. Contribute in management and store meetings, offering suggestions for associate development, sales opportunities and organizational improvements.
6. Effectively perform operations functions: opens and closes the store, register and back office management procedures.
7. Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance.
8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to Managers.
9. Monitor and manage actual expenditures to be within budget. Control payroll hours to plan, as the primary controllable expense, as well as adjusting to current business trends.
10. Assume additional management responsibilities in the absence of Managers

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
