Independent 14 year old recruiting agency seeking to hire recruiter with proven experience.
We are currently looking to hire talented, hardworking individuals to become part of our team of recruiting professionals. Candidates will receive superior initial and ongoing training as well a comprehensive support.
We are currently undergoing expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven successful recruiter.
Progressive compensation package including base salary, commissions, incentive/bonuses. Health Insurance plus life insurance.
Job Duties:
Full cycle recruiting - both client and candidate development.
Source candidates by utilizing a variety of tools including heavy emphasis on electronic/online resources, conducting research, networking and intense phone contact.
Contact and obtain job orders from clients.
Determines order requirements by studying job description and carefully interviewing client.
Attracts candidates by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines qualifications by interviewing candidate and analyze responses to see if they fit clients expectations.
Improves Perfect Fit's effectiveness by recommending new policies for best practices.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
Skills/Qualifications: Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, You must be able to routinely make between 50 and 70 calls a day. Good knowledge of Windows & email a must. Good knowledge of search engines and social network a BIG PLUS!
Experience:
Prior recruiting or sales experience a big plus. Outbound calling a plus. However, we will consider highly motivated, well spoken individual who is eager to learn, works well in a structured situation and has a proven desire to succeed.
Must haves:
you need recent job (client development) history of success.
You need to have recent candidate placement history
You must be familiar with mainstream job boards and networking boards such as Indeed
Must be make 50 to 70 calls a day
Must be a proven self starter
We will ask you document your success


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
