Years' Experience 3-5 years
Description
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing Client's charges for State Highway Billing projects with the State of Connecticut and Commonwealth of Mass.
Working directly with System Operations to ensure all documentation is received so Sundry billing can be created.
Work with directly with Accountants hired by the State for audit information.
Assist Accounts Payable with day to day processes.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is a MUST HAVE.
Associates degree a plus.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is a MUST HAVE. Worksite Location: Berlin, CT. Temp to Hire Position with the right Candidate.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
